Storage and Stability

Coreg: Store at <30°C (<86°F). Protect from moisture.

Coreg CR: Store at 25°C (77°F); excursions permitted to 15°C to 30°C (59°F to 86°F). Protect from light.

Cardiovascular: Angina pectoris, atrioventricular block, bradycardia, cerebrovascular accident, edema, exacerbation of angina pectoris, hypertension, hypotension, lower extremity edema, orthostatic hypotension, palpitations, peripheral edema, peripheral ischemia, peripheral vascular disease, syncope, tachycardia

Central nervous system: Abnormality in thinking, depression, dizziness, drowsiness, emotional lability, exacerbation of depression, fatigue, headache, hypoesthesia, hypotonia, insomnia, lack of concentration, malaise, nervousness, nightmares, paresthesia, sleep disorder, vertigo

Dermatologic: Diaphoresis, erythematous rash, maculopapular rash, pruritus, psoriasiform eruption, skin photosensitivity

Renal: Increased blood urea nitrogen, increased serum creatinine, renal insufficiency

Respiratory: Asthma, dyspnea, flu-like symptoms, increased cough, nasal congestion, nasopharyngitis, paranasal sinus congestion, pulmonary edema, rales

Miscellaneous: Fever
