Cancellation Policy for LifesPharma

At LifesPharma, we prioritize customer satisfaction and endeavor to fulfill every order as placed. However, there are occasions when orders may need to be canceled. Our cancellation policy is outlined below:

Limitation of Quantity

If we have partial stock to fulfill an order and no alternative product is available, we will contact the customer to:

  • Find a suitable solution
  • Ship an alternative product
  • Issue a credit for the unavailable item
  • Issue a refund for the unavailable item
  • Cancel the entire order and provide a full refund

Unavailability of Stock

If the ordered brand/product is unavailable, we reserve the right to ship alternate brands. If no alternative is available, we will contact the customer to:

  • Issue a credit for the unavailable item
  • Issue a refund for the unavailable item
  • Cancel the entire order and provide a full refund

Cancellation by Customer

Customers can cancel their order for a full refund anytime up to the point of shipping. Once the order is packed and sent to the shipper, it cannot be retrieved for cancellation.

Non-Payment

Any order not paid for will be automatically treated as canceled.
