Shipping Policy

- No Reshipment to Mail Forwarders. We do not provide reshipment coverage for orders shipped to, or handled through, any mail forwarding, reshipping, consolidation, or package-forwarding service. Many forwarding providers prohibit the shipment or handling of medications of any kind, whether lawful or unlawful.
- Void of Reshipment / No Refunds. If a customer uses a forwarding or reshipping service (including arranging delivery to an address in the USA, UK, or any other country for onward shipment), this voids any free reshipment offer and the order is not eligible for refunds.
- Circumvention of Local Rules. Use of a forwarding or reshipping service for the purpose of routing medications into Canada, the EU, or any other jurisdiction may be viewed as an attempt to circumvent local laws, regulations, or carrier/provider restrictions. Orders placed under these circumstances are accepted and fulfilled at the customer’s sole risk, and any loss, seizure, delay, return, or non-delivery remains the customer’s responsibility.
