Refunds and Returns Policy for LifesPharma​

Lost Orders

We will reship any lost order provided we are contacted within 8 weeks from the ship date. No reshipments or refunds will be accepted if reported after this period.

Replacement Conditions

We are happy to replace any order not delivered under the following conditions:

  • 30 days of no update on the shipping status from the tracking code.
  • The shipping address provided is correct, and your full legal name was used at the time of order.
  • If you provided an incorrect address, used a false or incomplete name, or moved between shipping and delivery, we will reship your order upon receiving the returned package if you cover the shipping charges.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If your order is damaged in transit, doesn't show up, or is partially received, we will dispatch a new package.

Shipping Times

Average normal shipping time through ITPS/EMS is 15-22 days. Delivery may take up to 30 days due to postal service disruptions. During holidays or busy seasons, it may take up to 40 days to arrive.

Notification of Issues

If you have not received your package or receive a notification that your package is on hold, delayed, or returned to sender, please inform us at [email protected]. We will prioritize resolving all shipping-related problems.

Reshipment Policy

Reships are sent to the original shipping address with the original product; no exchanges or alterations to the order. Reshipping to alternate addresses can be discussed if you pay the shipping charges.
